Have you heard about Communities in Action?
It is Devon's online database of community-led plans. Based on the views of local people, community-led plans are a way for towns and parishes to voice their aspirations and needs. This resource allows them to record and track their progress against their action plans and provides partners and funders with a simple and effective route to engaging with them.

The Devon Strategic Partnership comprises public, private, voluntary and community sector organisations, all working together to improve the quality of life for those who live, work in and visit Devon. Their focus is on delivering real improvements to the issues that matter most to the people of Devon; working towards a joint vision to be “England's greenest county with strong local communities that are prosperous and welcoming with an excellent quality of life and a sustainable future”.
